MTConnect Display
MTConnect Display (also known as TrakHound Community) is an Open Source MDC software package designed to retrieve and store data from CNC and other PLC-driven industrial equipment using MTConnect®. Machine Data Collection (MDC) software is used to evaluate shop productivity and identify problem areas. TrakHound provides free dashboards to view current machine status and basic production data so shop supervisors can quickly see which machines are operating normally and which ones are in need of attention. This transparency allows for a smoother workflow through your shop with reduced downtime.
Description
MTConnect Display (also known as TrakHound) utilizes MTConnect's ability to be Plug and Play by scanning your local network for any MTConnect compatible devices and automatically generating configuration files based on the available data. This reduces and most often, eliminates any setup required to get your machines connected to TrakHound and to start collecting data right away. Most customers connecting to devices already implementing MTConnect can get up and running within a few minutes.

- Operating Systems: Tested on Windows 7 and 8.1 (other operating systems untested but may be compatible.
- Dot NET Versions: 4.0 Full (includes web-based installer) or later
- Machine Types: PC only (not recommended to run on OSP controls)
- Network: Requires network connection to at least one machine running the MTConnect Agent & Adapter
- Windows administrator privileges required to install
